We are excited to host the next event in the “Community Conversations” series. This Community Conversation will explore current social issues through multiple lenses, including a consideration of the legacy of Dr. King and other great leaders.

Hello. I am a person who lived in Crown Heights for 12 years, and am moving to Bed Stuy in a few months. As well, I am the Program Manager of a program named Brooklyn Men (K)onnect, {BM(K)}located on Utica Avenue. BM(K) is a program that provides varied services to youth and young adults who identify as Gay, Bisexual, MSM and Trans-female.
I am glad to now be made aware of your organization, and of its mission in this neighborhood. I only wish I had learned of your programming sooner. I/we hope to be able to attend this conversation on Thursday and future events. If there is someone I can speak with to discuss collaboration opportunities, please let me know.
