On Thursday, June 4th, there was a film screening of the documentary, “Project 2×1.” Shot in part with Google Glass, Project 2×1 explores the distinct cultures of the Hasidic and West Indian communities living side by side in the 2 mile x 1 mile area of Crown Heights, Brooklyn. The event was hosted by Repair the World: NYC in partnership with Project CARE (Jewish Community Relations Council of New York) and Save Our Streets Crown Heights. More than 30 people of many ages and backgrounds attended the screening.

The post -film discussion featured remarks from Director Hannah Roodman, and Tracy, one of the business owners featured in the film.
