Last month, the S.O.S. Clergy Action Network (S.O.S. C.A.N.) met to strategize about the Network’s initiatives for the spring. There were 36 attendees from approximately 31 houses of worship. Also in attendance were Council Member Laurie Cumbo and a representative from the office of Assembly Member Karim Camara. The attendees signed up for committees on various projects, including an upcoming day-long youth Symposium, the second installment of the youth panel “Power-Filled Me,” a basketball team, and the next Faith Walk With Prayers.
